Fundación Mujer STEM is a non-profit organization, formalized in 2020, but created in 2016
We work to close down gender gaps, encourage entrepreneurship, employment and motivate the participation of women in technical and professional STEM careers.

Our Mission
We provide tools to connect women with job opportunities. We focus on entrepreneurship, job placement, training and motivation. We also focus our resources on increasing the interest and practice of women in technical and STEM areas.

What do we do?
- Provide a platform for women who wish to publish their services and products for free.
- Provide digital tools for the broadcasting of independent services and ventures.
- Provide female recruitment solutions to companies that wish to implement gender parity and provide adequate spaces for their professional growth.
- Train and hold workshops in companies and educational institutions to motivate and convey the importance of reducing gender gaps with actions.
- Implement the Chilean Norm 3262 on gender equality and reconciliation of work, family and personal life, in companies in Chile.
